Yoga In Your Workplace

A Mindfulness Practice for Your Employees

On the surface, a yoga practice proves to be a great way to strengthen the body and increase flexibility. Yet this somatic and holistic approach to wellness offers extensive benefits below the surface as well. Studies by the National Institute of Health and various universities have proven the effectiveness of yoga for mental alertness, stress relief, and increased immune system function.

By offering an onsite yoga class, you are making an investment in your organization. You are demonstrating a concern for your employees which translates to increased morale. You are providing a teambuilding opportunity; employees relate to one another outside the confines of their roles in your organization, strengthening workplace relationships and contributing to increased productivity.

Yoga is an excellent addition to your employee benefit package to attract and keep the most talented people in your industry.
